Deposit protection £25 + VAT

Renewal Fee £200 + VAT

Contract Variation £50 + VAT

Energy performance certificate is £75 - £150 + VAT (dependent on size of property)

Gas safety check is £95 - £150 + VAT (dependent on size of property)

Electrical safety check £120 - £200 + VAT (dependent on size of property)

Smoke/ Carbon Monoxide alarm installation is £45 + VAT per alarm

Smoke alarm/Carbon Monoxide alarm start of tenancy check is £20 + VAT

Portable appliance test is £30 + VAT

Project management is 10% + VAT of the project cost

Tenant fees

Deposit Equivalent to five weeks’ rent

Contract Variation is £50 + VAT

Default fee of interest on late rent if rent is more than 14 days overdue 3% above Bank of England base rate
